The Brief
Entity resolution can sound like background data hygiene. Tilores needed a sharper argument for AI leaders: once an agent is allowed to act, knowing which records describe the same person or company becomes load-bearing infrastructure.
The Route
We built two defensible editorial arguments rather than product pitches: one about the record failures beneath AI agents, and another about the missing identity-resolution step between CDP and MDM systems.
