Work That Sounds Like Work
We're a small agency doing a craft properly: finding real stories, shaping them honestly, and getting them in front of people who'll actually pay attention. If that sounds more interesting than the alternative version of PR, the one built on templates and volume, you'd probably fit in here.
We're still early. That means less hierarchy to navigate and more room to shape how things get done, alongside the ordinary discomfort of building something before it's fully built. We think that trade is worth naming plainly rather than dressing up.

How We Treat Each Other
What We Actually Value
We'd rather someone tell us a pitch is weak before it goes out than agree politely and let it fail in front of a client. Directness, applied kindly, is how the work stays good.
We try to give people real ownership of their part of a brief rather than routing every decision through a chain of approvals. That means trusting judgment earlier than most places do, and being honest when something needs more support instead of just more oversight.
We think good work needs the space to think, not just the hours to grind, so we try to build in flexibility around how and when work gets done rather than treating hours logged as the measure of anything. We also think people should learn in the open: newer people working alongside more experienced ones on real briefs, not sitting apart from the actual work until they're deemed ready for it.
None of this is a finished culture. We're building it deliberately, in public, one hire and one brief at a time.
Hiring status
Not Hiring Right Now
We're not actively recruiting for a role at the moment. That'll change as the agency grows, and when it does, we'd rather already know the people who were interested than start from nothing.
If this page speaks to you, send us a note anyway. Tell us what you do and why this caught your attention. We read everything that comes in, and we'll keep it on file for when the right opening comes up.
