The Manifest
Who We Are
Reynolds Works is a PR agency founded in 2023 and based in London. We work with companies who have a real story and not much patience for spin: the angle has to be true, the pitch has to be sharp, and the result has to be something you can point to afterward.
We're new enough to still be hungry and small enough that every brief gets real attention rather than a junior account handler and a template. What you get is direct access to the people actually doing the work, from the first call to the coverage report.
We didn't come into this pretending to have decades of war stories. We came into it with a clear view of how communications should work: find the signal, tune it until it's sharp, then get it out to the people who can actually carry it further. That's the whole method, and we've built the agency around doing it properly rather than around dressing it up.

The Method
Signal, Then Send
Think of every brief as a transmission problem. Somewhere inside your company is a message worth hearing. Our job is to find it, strip out everything that blurs it, and get it to the people who decide what the public sees and hears.
We find the signal first. Before anything goes to a journalist, we sit with what your company actually does and ask the plain question: what here is genuinely worth someone else's attention? Not what's easiest to say. What's true and interesting at the same time.
We tune before we transmit. A true story told badly still doesn't land. We shape the angle, sharpen the language, and pressure-test the message against the questions a good editor will actually ask, so it survives being asked twice.
We know which doors open. Coverage isn't a mail-merge. We build the list of the right outlets and the right people for this specific story, not a generic press list run through every client regardless of fit.
We send it, and we stay on it. A pitch is the start of the work, not the end. We follow up, adjust, and keep the story moving through the room until it either lands somewhere real or we've learned exactly why it didn't, so the next attempt is sharper.
We tell you what actually happened. Every brief closes with a plain account: what ran, where, what shifted as a result, and what we'd try differently next time. No spin applied to our own performance either.
The First Call
How a First Conversation Works
01
Send the brief. One email or a short call: what happened, why it might matter, what you need.
02
We read it straight. We tell you, in writing, whether we see a story and why, before you commit to anything.
03
We scope the work. If there's a fit, we set out what we'd do, roughly what it costs, and how we'd measure it.
04
We start. A short kickoff, not a lengthy onboarding process. The wire desk opens on day one, not week three.
The Boundaries
What We Don't Do
- We don't guarantee specific placements. Nobody honest can.
- We don't pad coverage reports with unrelated mentions or automated aggregator hits.
- We don't run a story we don't believe survives a skeptical editor's questions.
- We don't take a brief we don't think we can move, just to bill the retainer.
- We don't publish a client's details, logos, or numbers without sign-off.
The Room
Where We Sit
London-based, working with clients across the UK and internationally. Remote-capable: the room runs on video calls and shared documents as often as it runs in person. We don't publish a registered address or filing details here. If you need them for a contract, we provide them directly as part of onboarding.
Principles
- Falsifiable claims only.
- If it doesn't survive a skeptical editor, it doesn't go out.
- We say no before we waste your week.
- Small on purpose.
