Reynolds Works ("we," "us," "our") is a PR desk based in London. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Personal details are collected through the form on our Contact page; your language choice is stored separately in your browser.
What we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company and website, if supplied
- The enquiry type you select
- The message you write to us
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. The rw_locale cookie remembers your language choice for one year. On a first visit, we use the country code supplied by our hosting provider and, where relevant, your browser language to choose a language. Your explicit choice takes priority.
Why we collect it
When you submit the contact form, we use the details you provide to read and respond to your enquiry and to keep appropriate business records. Contact-form submissions are not added to a marketing list.
How we store it
Information submitted through the contact form is stored securely and is only accessible to Reynolds Works staff who need it to respond to your enquiry. We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to address your enquiry and for a limited period afterward for our own records, after which it is deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use standard third-party service providers to operate this website and process form submissions (for example, website hosting and email delivery providers), and those providers may process your data solely to help us provide this service, under their own data protection obligations.
